The Banbhore Museum—also known as Bhambore Museum or the Archaeological Museum Banbhore—is an archaeological museum situated at the ruins of ancient Bhambore (or Banbhore) in Sindh province, Pakistan, approximately 60–65 km east of Karachi along the N‑5 National Highway in Thatta District. The site is widely believed by historians to correspond to the historic port city of Debal, from which Islam entered the Indian subcontinent in the early 8th century AD
