very roude behaviour dont know how to deal with customers
Yesterday, I visited Saif Pharmacy, Pine View Branch, Abbottabad to purchase medicines along with my children. While I was asking the salesman for medicines, one of my sons sat on a sanitary chair. The owner of the pharmacy started shouting at him, to which I immediately apologized, explaining that he’s just a child and even offered to pay if any damage occurred. However, the owner continued shouting despite my apology, which made me quite uncomfortable. I again said sorry and decided to leave the shop without purchasing the medicines. As I was leaving, the owner told me not to visit again. Such behavior reflects a lack of basic customer ethics and courtesy, especially towards families with children. I would advise people to consider buying medicines and other items from alternative pharmacies where customers are treated with respect.
